PROTOCOL
Precautions our office is taking during this time:
New patients to our office MUST complete paperwork online before the scheduled appointment by clicking HERE.
We will check everyone's temperature before entering the office. If your temperature is above 100°F, or you also have other symptoms such as coughing or shortness of breath, we will need to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
Upon entry, all persons are required to wash hands at the sink or clean with hand sanitizer.
If you have a face mask, please wear it to the office. If you do not have one, we will provide a disposable mask if available.
Adults are encouraged to come alone. An adult may accompany a child under 18 years of age or an elderly patient that needs assistance. All other family members must stay in their cars to reduce the amount of people in the office at any given time.
Picking up of glasses and contact lenses will be done curbside only. Please text or call us and we will bring them to you. If you are needing servicing of your glasses, we will gladly schedule a time for you to come in. Thank you for your cooperation. We will get through this together.
